Within a week of receiving your completed subscription form, subscription agreement and student enrollment information, each designated individual will receive a personalized e-mail providing a username, password, and login instructions. Follow the instructions below to begin your enrollment.

  1. Fill out the subscription form below. When complete, click the submit button. You will have the opportunity to verify your information and make corrections.
  2. Active law enforcement agencies download this subscription agreement,
    Inactive peace officers download this subscription agreement,
    Complete and email to patrol@lmc.org or fax to 651-281-1298.
  3. Download the student enrollment form, complete and e-mail to patrol@lmc.org.
