Analysis

- Definition and careful examination of the actual knowledge, skills, and abilities (KSAs) required by the trainee

Instructional Design
Smart Horizon’s instructional designers take the task(s) developed by the analysts and begin specifying strategies for training products. Designers provide total customer satisfaction by considering each of the following:

- New content design
- Training audience
- Grouping and sequencing of the course material
- Training Appropriate media and methods including self-paced, instructor-led, and blended learning audience
- Computer-managed instruction (record keeping, reporting)
