SMART HORIZONS PRIVACY POLICY

Smart Horizons protects your private information. This privacy policy explains our online collection and use of data. The terms of this policy apply to all Smart Horizons hosted web sites, including those of resellers, affiliates, and partners.

By using this site, you understand and agree to the terms of this policy. This site is owned by Smart Horizons and may be accessed in the United States and abroad. We may share your personal information within Smart Horizons or our divisions but only for the purposes mentioned in this policy. Personal Information Preferences

Smart Horizons respects your right to make choices about the use and disclosure of your personal information. If at any time you decide that you do not want to receive marketing communications from us, please let us know by either unsubscribing to our communications via the email link provided or sending an email to info@smarthorizons.org. Even if you choose not to receive marketing communications, you will continue to receive transactional or account communications.

Security of Your Personal Information

The security of your personal information is important to us. We and our affiliates follow generally accepted industry standards to help protect your personal information. For credit cards and other payment methods, we use Cart Manager. Cart Manager encrypts that information using secure socket layer (SSL) technology. No method of transmission over the internet, or method of electronic storage, is 100% secure. Therefore, while we strive to protect your personal information, we cannot guarantee its absolute security. Also, learners access training in our learning management system using usernames and passwords. It is the responsibility of the learner to keep that information confidential.
